Thinking About 2 Cards? You cannot get approved if you have more than a total of 5 Bank Of America credit cards open

No direct line. If declined, you can call the new accounts fraud department, and they can connect you to the reconsideration department

Approval Rules: Bank of America is unlikely to approve a new credit card if you currently have more than five open Bank of America credit cards. Additionally, according to the 2/6 Rule, Bank of America generally does not approve new credit card applications if you have opened more than two credit cards from any issuer in the past 12 months. However, this limit is relaxed to six cards in the past 12 months if you hold a Bank of America bank account. For the Bank AmeriCard, you may be ineligible for a new card if you currently have, or have had, the Bank AmeriCard within the past 24 months, as eligibility typically requires the previous card to be closed for a full 24 months.

Getting your card
Rescore your report: Some people have been successful in getting Bank Of America to update their balance off-cycle by calling and asking to speak to the credit bureau reporting department, then asking to speak to a manager/underwriter to submit an off-cycle request. If successful the update will take 28 hours.

When applying for a new credit card, keep your balances below 10% of your limit on each existing card. Pay down balances and wait for each card's closing date, avoiding new charges. Some banks let you update balances anytime by phone, and Chase will automatically report a $0 balance after payment.

What's the difference between a credit freeze and a credit lock on Experian?
There is no actual difference. By law, a freeze needs to be offered for free. Experian wants to charge you so they offer a freeze for free but for a lock they want you to pay a membership. They both do the same thing
Is it possible to reallocate my credit limit from a personal Chase card to a business card?
No, you can only transfer credit limits from personal to personal or from business to business within Chase.
Does obtaining a credit limit increase from Chase involve a credit check?
No, Chase does not pull credit for a credit limit increase.
